Microsoft Teams and Google Meet Meeting and Calendar Integration Tool Settings

Integrate your calendar or video meetings for faster and more convenient management of your meeting data. Currently, Vocol.ai offers the following video meeting and calendar integration features.

Video Conference 

Please provide the video meeting link to the recording robot five minutes before the meeting starts. If you provide the meeting link to the meeting bot more than five minutes in advance, the Vocol.ai bot may not be able to join your scheduled meeting.

Microsoft Teams 

• Click on the upper right corner's [Account] menu, then select [Settings] and navigate to [Integration].
• Click [Read More] in the Microsoft Teams section.
• Copy and paste your meeting link and press [Send].
• When the meeting starts, allow the Vocol.ai bot to join the meeting.
• Once the Vocol.ai bot joins the meeting, the recording function will automatically start.
• After the meeting concludes, the Vocol.ai bot will automatically upload the recording content and generate a transcript.

Google Meet

• Click on the upper right corner's [Account] menu, then select [Settings] and navigate to [Integration].
• Click [Read More] in the Google Meet section.
• Copy and paste your meeting link and press [Send].
• When the meeting starts, allow the Vocol.ai bot to join the meeting.
• Once the Vocol.ai bot joins the meeting, the recording function will automatically start.
• After the meeting concludes, the Vocol.ai bot will automatically upload the recording content and generate a transcript.

Calendar

Outlook Calendar 

• Click on the [Account] menu in the upper right corner, then select [Settings], and go to [Integration].
• Click on 'Connect to Microsoft' for the Outlook Calendar in the calendar.
• Log in or choose the Outlook Calendar account you wish to link.
• Authorize the Outlook account for use with Vocol.ai.
• When the meeting starts, please allow the Vocol.ai bot to join the meeting.
• Once the Vocol.ai bot joins the meeting, the recording function will automatically commence.
• After the meeting concludes, the Vocol.ai bot will automatically upload the recording content and generate a transcript.
