Here are the steps to remove the meeting recording bot:
- Log in to Vocol.ai and go to the homepage. Click on 【Settings】 > 【Invite Google/Teams Meeting Recording Bot】 > 【Join Meeting】 in the upper right corner.
- You will see the 【Remove Recording Bot】 option. Click on it to remove the bot.

Reminders💡
- Currently, you can only click on 【Remove Recording Bot】 when the meeting recording bot status shows "Recording" to remove the bot. After removing the bot, the system will upload the recorded file and generate the transcript.
- If the bot status shows "Waiting to join meeting" or "Leaving", you cannot remove the bot. If you have any related issues, please feel free to contact our customer support at any time.
