To provide better service and optimize resource management, we will update our free V-points policy.
Starting from February 18, 2025, at 00:00 (UTC+8 Taipei Time), Vocol.ai, including both the mobile app and web version, will no longer provide 30 or 60 free V-points per month (30 V-points for signing up and an additional 30 V-points for phone verification).
**The points you purchased and the 200 points given to new users upon registration will not be affected.
Your existing monthly free V-points will expire in the next subscription cycle (a 30-day cycle).
Example of a subscription cycle:
If you subscribed on February 17, your next subscription renewal date will be March 19. Following this pattern, each monthly cycle will shift based on the 30-day calculation.
For Existing and New Users
- Existing Users: If your subscription cycle date falls before February 18, 2025, at 00:00, you will receive one last batch of free monthly V-points.
- New Users: If you register successfully via the Vocol.ai website or mobile app before February 17, 23:59 (UTC+8 Taipei Time), you will still receive a one-time free V-points as per the plan. Regardless of whether the V-points are used or not, they will expire and reset on the next subscription cycle date, March 19.
