We have recently noticed that for some users, the number of V-points displayed on the platform does not match the actual available points.
This issue occurs with expired but unused free points, such as event points, registration rewards, vouchers, or mobile verification bonuses.
While these points have already been automatically revoked by the system, they may still appear in your account, leading to a “Insufficient Points” message when attempting to use them.
We sincerely apologize for the confusion this may have caused.
To provide a clearer point usage experience, we will begin adjusting the points display starting from 00:00 (UTC+8), April 14, 2025. This adjustment will only affect expired and unused free V-points, including but not limited to:

Voucher points: 1000 points

Registration bonus: 200 points

Mobile verification reward: 60 points
