V-Pool consumption and calculation

  • Click on the "Settings" in the top right corner account icon.
  • Refer to the button on the "User Profile" > "Account Settings" > "Phone" section.

V-Pool is a capped trial plan, and individual users can earn free V-pool through V-Pool every 30 days.

When user's account reaches the reset period, the system will automatically refill the V-Pool for the account to the upper limit, and the unused V-pool will not be retained until the next reset period.

V-Pool will start to provide trials on the day the user completes the registration of the Vocol.ai account. Every 30 days is a reset cycle. The V-Pool will be refilled at 9:00 AM GMT+8 on the first day of each reset cycle.

After new users complete registration, they will receive 30 V-pool, which are calculated in the same way as V-points. For information on how V-points are used and calculated, please refer to the V-points consumption and calculation guidelines.

When using the Vocol.ai platform to upload files, the system’s V-points consumption priority is (1) V-pool > (2) Reward V-points (for example: 200 V-points or coupons obtained by registering an account) > (3) Purchased V-points.

📌You can refer to the following calculation V-pool usage example to help you better understand how points are refilled.


Example 1:
Registered user A, with a V-Pool limit of 30, uploads a media file to the media library on 10th June within 30 days and uses 12 V-pool.

  • 30 - 12 = 18 V-pool left in the V-Pool

This user's V-Pool will be refilled to 30 V-pool at o:00 AM (GMT +8) on 10th July.

Example 2:
Registered user B, with a V-Pool limit of 30, uploaded a media file to the media library on 10th June and used 50 V-pool within 30 days.

  • 30 - 50 = -20 V-pool left in the V-Pool, and the excess V-pool will be deducted from the V-points obtained or purchased by the user.

This user's V-Pool will be refilled to 30 V-pool at 0:00 AM (GMT +8) on 10th July.
