Files Window Explanation

  1. You can browse uploaded audio files through the [File].
  2. You can use filters such as upload date, uploader, or keywords to quickly find the desired files.
  3. Clicking on the 螢幕擷取畫面 2024-01-08 171738.png icon allows you to [Delete] unnecessary files, freeing up storage space for your account. You can also [Share Files] with other Vocol.ai users for collaborative discussions, or [Download Media Files].
  4. Vocol.ai provides a file storage capacity of 3,000 minutes for each individual plan account. You can check the usage status of your current storage capacity from the dashboard at the bottom left of the Vocol.ai homepage.

Please note💡

  • While uploading or recording audio files, your storage space, V-points, and V-Pool points will be deducted based on the file's minute count. For detailed point usage rules, please refer to: V-points consumption and calculation
  • If you have questions about your files usage, you can check your storage space, V-points, and V-Pool records through [History] in the personal icon at the top right of the Vocol.ai homepage.
  • If your file storage space is insufficient, you can choose to delete unnecessary files or subscribe to the individual plan subscription (V-Pool) according to the pricing plan to increase storage space.
