When the uploaded file is transcribed, Vocol.ai can automatically identify different speakers. Additionally, you can play the file and compare the transcript content side by side.
You can perform the following management functions on files in the media library:
- AI Power Summary and Topics — If you did not select 'Use AI Power' when uploading the file, you can click 'Run AI-Power' after the transcript is generated to create a summary and topics.
- Play Audio — You can click the play button to play from the beginning or click on a paragraph in the transcript, and Vocol.ai will automatically start playing from that point.
- Update Speaker Names — Click on any speaker name in the transcript window that you want to change, and Vocol.ai will automatically update the name for that speaker.
- Update File Name, Attendee List, and File Description — You can click the edit icon next to the file name to update the relevant information for that file.
- Content Search — Click the
to search the transcript and discussion forum for keywords.
- Download Transcript — Click the
in the transcript window to download the transcript text file for editing and backup. The supported download file formats are currently SRT/TXT.

Please note💡 You can use different document software to open the downloaded TXT transcript file. If you are using MS Word or MS Excel, please set the text encoding to Unicode (UTF-8) when opening the file. |
